If you have your home page as a static WordPress page, then yes. Otherwise no, unless you are happy for the home page to be something other than the front page of your site.
As a work around, you could use Mark Jaquith’s Page Links To plugin to point a page called "Home" which isn’t actually your home page, back to the real home page then create sub-pages of that "Home" page which would appear as dropdowns.
