Menu drop down hiding behind Arras theme

I’m sure this seems a little redundant (since I’ve read all the other posts with similar issues), but could someone outline the steps I need to take to fix the problem?  (http://www.mortgage604.com)- look under the ‘mortgages’ tab

I’m using the basic Arras theme (which links directly to this plug-in) and have chosen to disable the menu css.  The drop down menu is working fine but it hides behind the flash video.  I’m sure it’s a simple fix but I’m kind of shooting in the dark switching z index values etc..  what do I change and where?

p.s: it works fine in IE, but not in FF or Chrome

That’s most likely a z-index issue. Try increasing z-index of the dropdown or decreasing the z-index of the block it’s falling underneath.

i had the same problem. will have to first add a disclaimer that i’m not a programmer at all but i kinda solved it by editing the css for the nav bar (line 76). added:
position: relative; z-index: 300;

Hi there,

I have some trouble with my dropdown menu. The dropdown has some gap with the menu.So,when I want to move the cursor from menu to the dropdown,the dropdown suddenly disappear.May I know how to fix this,please?

It appears to be working fine. Is this perhaps a browser specific problem?
