    As a security precaution, I normally don’t publish/display which version of wordpress I’m using. The pixopoint plugin is adding this even though I’ve removed the code in my header file.

    Any ideas???

    What is "the PixoPoint plugin"?

    None of our plugins reveal your WordPress version number. The version number is usually added via the wp_head() function in your theme. To remove it, you need to unhook the action which is loading it. That’s not connected with any of our plugins though.
