    I was wondering if the "Multi-level-navigation-plugin" works for Dreamweaver? If it does, can you please help me in actually installing the plugin, as I am not familiar with the WordPress instructions at https://geek.hellyer.kiwi/products/suckerfish_css/.    Thank you for any help.

    WordPress and Dreamweaver are two entirely different products. You could use Dreamweaver to make a WordPress theme I guess, but you certainly can’t do the reverse.

    The CSS generator is designed to make CSS based dropdown menus though, so you can definitely use that with Dreamweaver. Just don’t follow any of the instructions about WordPress.
