I’ve added an option in the new beta version of the plugin to allow for hard coding links into the dropdown just like you have. It is a good way to make sure the dropdown looks exactly how you want it. The beta plugin also lets you combine both hard coded links and the WordPress generated ones in the same menu. Using the custom code option does require knowing some HTML syntax though. I haven’t sorted an easy way to do it without code unfortunately.
