Excluding Pages- Where to put code?

First of all, thank you for this plugin, it’s really fantastic.

My question is simple, I know the page id is supposed to be used to exclude pages from the navigation menu, but where am I supposed to put the code? I’ve searched all over an cannot figure it out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is a list of page ID’s to exclude in the admin page. For the PixoPoint menu plugin they’re in a pulldown box on the Pages drag and drop item and in the Multi-level navigation plugin there’s a section below the menu items to add the page ID’s to exclude.

Great plugin! But it’s currently not working right for me, although it had. It seems to only work for my existing page IDs (111, 117) and not new ones (200)? http://www.ulifall.org

What do you mean by "new ones"? A page either exists or it doesn’t. There’s not really any difference between a new page and an old page. They’re just pages within WordPress with no real difference other than the date stamp.
