Nofollow Question

I am looking for a way to use multi-nav with another plugin that allows you to specify "nofollow" on a per page basis. I am using "Ultimate Noindex Nofollow" but there are several plugins that seem to do this same thing. I believe the incompatibility issues come from the fact that the nofollow plugins add the "nofollow" attribute to the "wp_list_pages" function of wordpress. I don’t think the multi-nav plugin uses "wp_list_pages" making it incompatible. Does anyone have any ideas for a simple workaround for something like this? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

The multi-level navigation plugin does use wp_list_pages() so the two plugins should (in theory) be compatible.
