    In the field to exclude/include a page, what does one enter into the field?  For instance, my FAQ is a stand-alone link on the bar, and I want to exclude it.  Do I enter the URL, the page title, the page perma-link?  I have tried all three, but cannot get it to work.

    Hi,
    You need to enter the page ID. In future there will be support for page names/permalinks too, but we have some more development work to do before that is implemented sorry.

    I had the same trouble – no instructions in the plugin, so a fix on that would be great.

    How do you find the ID? I found the answer here:

    The fix is likely to be making it idiot-proof rather than providing instructions.
