Wonderful Plugin…but…

I have this plugin installed on my site musiciancoaching.com but I have been unable to get the exclude pages tag to work.  I am planning on making a landing page that I don’t want as part of the horizontal menu at top but when I put either the page title or the url in the Include / exclude option box (and then select exclude) – it doesn’t seem to work.

At the moment I only have "pages"  selected in the first menu and everything else set to "none"
