Assigning a main level page to "#"

If you wanted to assign a main page level navbar item to just "#" instead of a Wpress Page…how would you do that?

Example:
http://www.wilcoxoperating.com/

I actually want the ‘ABOUT’ and ‘CURRENT OPERATIONS’ Pages only serve to trigger their respective dropdowns and not link to pages of their own…

You can’t do that if the page is generated by WordPress. You can do it with the custom code option though as you can just remove the URL from the link.
